Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, China (including Hong Kong), Taiwan, Laos, Cambodia (Kampuchea), Vietnam, Korea, The Philippines, U.S. Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (Republic of Palau), Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Samoa, Macao, Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, Tuvalu, or Nauru); Subcontinent Asian Americans (persons with origins from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the Maldives Islands or Nepal) - You must also prepare and submit a Narrative Statement of Social Disadvantage that properly describes, in detail, your personal experiences stemming from actual or perceived chronic prejudice or bias you have experienced.

The provided sample shows what type of specific details you need to provide in your own unique Narrative Statement of Social Disadvantage taht you must prepare to prove the required preponderance of evidence standard by the SBA.

- 2 Year Waiver - Required if you have been in business for less than 2 years
