Last year we made the decision to apply for our HUBZone certification.  First we went to the Small Business Development Center at our local college, but they had no experience to be able to help us.  So we attempted to do it ourselves, a very daunting task, after becoming confused several times we went to the internet and found Cloveer's advertisement and gave them a call.  Our first impression was that they were very helpful and knowledgeable and we decided to work with Cloveer to get the certification done.

I have nothing but praise for Cloveer!  Being an intelligent, educated and organized entrepreneur, I tried to secure an 8A certification on my own two years ago-  but didn't get pass first base.   I was devastated as I had put quite a bit of time and effort into my initial application while continuing to run my business.  It was after this failed attempt that I got Cloveer to assist me.   They were extremely thorough with their preparation and very patient when I became frustrated with the process.   They even allowed me to vent!   All in all, after they prepared and packaged my information and I forwarded it on to the SBA - it took less than 60 days for me to get certified!  They are great and really know what they are doing.   I highly recommend them to any small business that is seriously seeking their 8A certification.
