- WHAT IS THE VETBIZ APPLICATION COMPLETION SERVICE?
- The VETBIZ Application Completion Service is for any Veteran Owned or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who needs an expert to prepare all aspects of their VA VETBIZ Application. We work one-on-one with you to make sure your VETBIZ Application is approved by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE).

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE VETBIZ APPLICATION COMPLETION SERVICE? - Our staff will work one on one with you to ensure you meet all VETBIZ eligibility requirements before taking you on as a client. We interview you to get preliminary information about you and your business. We provide you with an exact list of documentation needed from you and your business as well as providing you with our proprietary data collection worksheets to speed up the collection process of any information needed. If your firm needs to be registered in Dun and Bradstreet, the Central Contractor Registration system (CCR), the Dynamic Small Business System (DSBS), or the Vendor Information Pages system (VIP), we will take care of correctly registering you or if already registered we will make sure your existing profiles have everything needed, as part of our service. We will examine all of your documentation to ensure your application paperwork meets all VETBIZ program requirements, advise on any changes needed to pre-empt any questioning by the CVE and upload all supporting documentation to the appropriate sections in the VIP Application.
- After submitting your VETBIZ electronic application and supporting documentation, we shall assist in any ongoing correspondence between your business concern and the CVE as part of our service.
What is the cost? | How do I Purchase/Sign-up? - WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE VETBIZ PROGRAM? The Veteran business owner and the Government mutually benefit from this program. Upon approval, the Program Participant has documented proof of eligibility. This gives confidence to VA that set-asides are being awarded to legitimate firms owned and controlled by Veterans or service-connected disabled Veterans. This helps stimulate the small business community and create growth for the economy.
- Approved firms are eligible to participate in VOSB and SDVOSB set-asides issued by VA. They are eligible to subcontract with VA’s large prime contractors in acquisitions where additional evaluation credit. They are also eligible to participate in VA’s Veteran-owned small business Mentor-Protégé Program. VA is one of the largest procurement organizations in the Federal Government. Annually, this Department spends over $3 Billion with eligible Veteran-owned small businesses. That’s a lot of opportunity.
- WHAT BASIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT MUST WE MEET?
- 1. The Veteran must have unconditional direct ownership of the applicant business
- 2. The Veteran must hold the highest officer position and is the highest paid employee unless there is a reasonable explanation submitted by the Veteran as to how taking a lower salary than other employee(s) helps the business
- 3. The Veteran must manage the company on both a strategic policy and a day-to-day basis;
- 4. Non-Veterans cannot control the company
- 5. The Veteran must have the managerial experience of the extent and complexity needed to run the company

- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CLOVEER TO COMPLETE MY APPLICATION AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET VETBIZ CERTIFIED?

Your VETBIZ Application can be completed in as little as one week. Once your VETBIZ Application with supporting documentation has been submitted and deemed complete by the CVE, it should take no more than 90 days to receive formal VETBIZ Certification from the VA.
